What visa types does NipponVisa support?

We currently support 7 visa categories: Short-Term Stay, Work (Certificate of Eligibility), Student, Family/Spouse, Highly Skilled Professional, Medical Stay, and Permanent Residency. More types will be added over time.

How does document scanning work?

Upload a photo or scan of your passport or residence card. Our AI (Google Gemini) extracts key data — name, date of birth, nationality, card number — and pre-fills your application form. Always review the extracted data before submitting.

書類スキャンはどのように機能しますか？

パスポートや在留カードの写真またはスキャンをアップロードしてください。AIが氏名・生年月日・国籍・カード番号などの重要情報を抽出し、申請書に自動入力します。提出前に抽出データを必ずご確認ください。

Is NipponVisa free to use?

Browsing visa requirements and building your checklist is free. Generating official pre-filled application forms and ward office guidance requires a one-time payment per application (¥5,000 for standard applications, ¥15,000 for Permanent Residency).

NipponVisaは無料で使えますか？

ビザ要件の確認やチェックリストの作成は無料です。公式申請書の自動生成および窓口ガイダンスは申請ごとに一括払いが必要です（通常申請¥5,000、永住許可¥15,000）。

How does payment work?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Payment is one-time per application — there are no subscriptions.

支払い方法を教えてください。

決済はStripeが安全に処理します。主要なクレジット・デビットカードに対応しています。カード情報は当社サーバーには保存されません。サブスクリプションはなく、申請ごとの一括払いです。

Can NipponVisa guarantee my visa will be approved?

No. NipponVisa helps you prepare your application materials, but approval decisions are made solely by the Immigration Services Agency of Japan. We are not affiliated with any government body.

ビザの許可を保証してもらえますか？

いいえ。NipponVisaは申請書類の準備を支援しますが、許可・不許可の判断は出入国在留管理庁が行います。当社はいかなる政府機関とも提携していません。

Is my data safe?

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and sensitive information is encrypted at rest. Uploaded documents are deleted from our servers within 90 days unless saved to your account. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

データは安全ですか？

What if I need a refund?

Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are generally not available after forms have been downloaded or guidance has been generated. If the service was not delivered or is defective, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.

返金を希望する場合はどうすればよいですか？

デジタルサービスの性質上、フォームダウンロードやガイダンス生成後の返金は原則としてお受けできません。サービスが提供されなかった場合や不具合があった場合は、購入から7日以内に[email protected]までご連絡ください。

How do I delete my account?

Email [email protected] with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request' from your registered email address. We will delete your account and all associated data within 14 business days.

アカウントを削除するにはどうすればよいですか？

登録メールアドレスから「アカウント削除依頼」の件名で [email protected] にメールをお送りください。14営業日以内にアカウントおよび関連データを削除いたします。
