Terms of Service

1. Service Description

NipponVisa ("we", "our", "us") provides an AI-powered visa application preparation platform at nipponvisa.jp. Our service assists foreign residents in Japan with completing official immigration forms, scanning documents, and locating the appropriate ward office.

NipponVisa is a preparation and guidance tool — it is NOT legal advice and does NOT constitute immigration consulting (行政書士 services). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing the Immigration Services Agency of Japan (出入国在留管理庁) or any government body.

2. No Guarantee of Approval

We help you prepare your visa application materials. We do not guarantee that your application will be approved. Approval decisions are made solely by the Immigration Services Agency of Japan. It is your responsibility to verify that all information submitted is accurate and complete before filing with immigration authorities.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service.
• You are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information.
• You must review all generated forms and documents before submitting them to any authority.
• You must not use this service for fraudulent purposes or to submit false information to immigration authorities.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Payment Terms

Certain features (such as official form generation and ward office guidance) require a one-time payment per application. Prices are displayed before purchase.

• Standard application: ¥5,000 (tax included)
• Permanent Residence application: ¥15,000 (tax included)

Payments are processed by Stripe. Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are generally not available once forms have been downloaded or guidance has been generated. If the service was not delivered or is defective, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks on nipponvisa.jp are owned by NipponVisa unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. The official immigration forms referenced or generated by the service are owned by the Japanese government and are used in accordance with public availability guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NipponVisa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to visa application rejections, missed deadlines, or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over the location of NipponVisa's principal place of business.

NipponVisa（以下「当社」）は、nipponvisa.jp にて日本在住の外国人向けAIビザ申請準備プラットフォームを提供しています。 公式申請書の作成支援、書類スキャン、適切な窓口の案内を行います。

NipponVisa は申請準備・ガイダンスツールです。法律上のアドバイスおよび行政書士業務には該当しません。 出入国在留管理庁またはその他の政府機関との提携・公認・代理関係はありません。

2. 許可の保証なし

当社はビザ申請書類の準備を支援しますが、申請の許可を保証するものではありません。 許可・不許可の判断は出入国在留管理庁が行います。 申請書類を提出する前に、すべての情報が正確かつ完全であることをご自身でご確認ください。

3. ユーザーの責任

• 本サービスのご利用は18歳以上に限ります。
• 正確・誠実・完全な情報を提供する責任はお客様にあります。
• 生成された書類を当局に提出する前に必ずご自身で確認してください。
• 不正目的や虚偽情報の提出への使用は禁止します。
• アカウントの認証情報を安全に管理する責任はお客様にあります。

4. 支払条件

公式申請書生成・窓口ガイダンス等の一部機能は、申請ごとに一括払いが必要です。料金は購入前に表示されます。

• 通常申請：¥5,000（税込）
• 永住許可申請：¥15,000（税込）

決済はStripeで処理されます。デジタルサービスの性質上、フォームダウンロードやガイダンス生成後の返金は原則としてお受けできません。 サービスが提供されなかった場合や不具合があった場合は、購入から7日以内に [email protected] までご連絡ください。

5. 知的財産権

nipponvisa.jp 上のすべてのコンテンツ・ソフトウェア・商標は、特段の記載がない限り NipponVisa に帰属します。 事前の書面による同意なく複製・配布・二次利用することを禁じます。 本サービスが参照または生成する公式申請書は日本政府に帰属し、公開ガイドラインに従い利用しています。

6. 責任の制限

適用法の最大限の範囲において、当社はビザ申請の不許可・期限超過・AI生成コンテンツへの依存等を含む、 本サービスの利用から生じる間接的・付随的・特別・結果的損害について責任を負いません。 本規約に基づく請求に対する当社の総責任は、該当取引でお客様が支払った金額を超えないものとします。

7. 規約の変更

当社はいつでも本規約を変更する権利を有します。重要な変更はメールまたはウェブサイト上の通知でお知らせします。 変更後もサービスを継続してご利用いただいた場合、新しい規約に同意したものとみなします。

8. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争は NipponVisa の主たる営業所の所在地を管轄する裁判所で解決するものとします。
